t-ball {practice}

Jackson is playing t-ball again this year.  While there were moments of actual attempt at playing, he still likes the dirt!

{straight} hair

For dance recital pictures, Madison had to have a straight hair pony tail.  She LOVED her straight hair and was more than willing to take a few pictures.  

Mommy learned…her hair has gotten really long (we do already have a hair appt Monday) and long, straight hair makes her look a lot older!  I think we will be back to naturally curly tomorrow...

{easter} morning

The Easter Bunny stopped by.  Apparently the Easter Bunny did things a little differently than in the past so Maddie claimed it was 'an Easter Bunny in training who visited'...

We went to church and then headed to the Steakley's for some Easter fun.

Maddie is playing machine-pitch softball this year.  Today was the first practice of the season.

I joined the first graders on their field trip to see the butterflies.  We had fun exploring and learning!

We made time for coloring eggs after the museum.

The kids only let me have one egg (also cracked) to dye…so I tried to do an ombre egg.
