In keeping with Opening Day tradition, we wore our Tigers shirts today.

{craft} time

I felt like being crafty today so we stopped for some wood to paint.  The kids convinced me that they needed to paint also.

 They went back outside to play…I got to work on my signs.

{spring} like

It felt like spring today…50's and sun!!  We were back outside playing...

{first time} sewing

I requested and received a sewing machine from my parents for my birthday.  My first project was pillow covers for some inserts I had.  I think I did pretty good for my first attempt!

she {couldn't} wait

It was only 40 degrees (a cold 40 at that-no sun) and there is still snow on the ground but she couldn't wait any longer.  She had to go jump!!

{spring} concert

The Kindergarden, 1st grade and 2nd grade kids had their spring music concert.  Madison had a special part and some lines to speak…she did awesome!!

{dino}hockey

It's national reading month and the kids classes encourage guest readers.  Tom {Tommy-the goalie as he is referred to at our house} was nice enough to come with us and read to both classes.  I bought 2 copies of Dino-Hockey and Tommy autographed the copy he read for each class.
