memorial day {2013}

We were out and about and made a quick stop at the beach in Holland.  It was too cold and windy...definitely will have to go back when it is nice and warm out.

game 2 {griffins vs barons}

We waved our rally towels (with maybe a little too much hip action) and cheered for the Griffins.  It wasn't enough...the Griffins lost 4-2.  The series is now tied 1-1 and goes to OKC for 3 games.

{playoff} hockey

With a 4-3 win tonight, the Griffins are headed to the western conference finals against Oklahoma City.  We will be at game 2 on Saturday to cheer them on!

t-ball {3rd game}

The kids are on the same t-ball team.  I finally was able to make it to a game.  John helps with the team when he can...which is a lot less than he would like since the Griffins are still in the playoffs.  I've been assured there will be less playing in the dirt as they get older...

{driving} range

We made a quick trip to the driving range.

Golf league starts for us this week...

field trip {wild animal park}

Jackson and I went with Madison and her class on a field trip to the local wild animal park.  We learned lots and got to touch some unique animals.

houston down {on to toronto}

We were able to go to game 5 of the first round of the playoffs.  Grandma, Grandpa, and Jimmy came over for the game.
