Farm/Pumpkin Patch

We went to a local farm/pumpkin patch today.
Madison was so excited over all of the animals.

Checking out the baby chicks.
Jack checking out the chicks also.
We saw baby pigs.
Maddie looking at the goats.

Checking out this 'quad' cycle (???) that was too big for both of them.
corn...lots of it!!

Maddie in the corn maze
Jackson and Mim making their way through the maze.
Jumping from bale to bale
Pulling the straw out of the bales!
Mim showed Maddie how corn grows on the stalks.
Maddie pulling Jack---she made it a few feet then ran off to the slide.
Maddie loved this tractor...didn't want to get off.
We had a great time and picked out a pumpkin on our way out. Hopefully we can get it carved this week.

My Guy

Jackson is such a boy...a Bernal boy...just like his daddy!!
They say 2nd children get slighted--never as many pictures.
Here's proof that I really tried, Jackson just doesn't care!
He is so interested in the world around him,
but sometimes I wish he would flash that cute smile and LOOK at the camera!

Oh-well, he gives great hugs and open-mouth kisses!

I'll take those over a picture anyday!

Ice Skating

John took Madison on the ice for the first time today.
Sitting on the Coyotes bench--getting her skates on.
Her first moments skating with Daddy.

Posing for Mommy--Daddy was off looking for a chair.
Daddy and his baby girl!

Fall Pictures

We had fall pictures taken this week...even though it's gonna be 100 degrees here this weekend.

I can't believe they both smiled at the same time.
B is for Bernal!!

Opening Night

Last night was opening night for the Coyotes. We had a suite for the night since the rink was sold out.
The first puck drop.
Madison
Jackson (typical Bernal boy...no smiles or poses for pictures!)
Once again, I tried to get their picture together...

No Help Needed

Jackson decided he was a big boy this morning and didn't need any help!

the prize--2 yogurt smoothies (he took one to Maddie)
