Hockey Game

Hockey season is nearing the end and I haven't been good at taking pictures there. So we went on Friday and I had to get some shots. Maddie loves the games...they are just a little long for her patience. But with lots of snacks and the occasional trip to the family room we usually make it.

Maddie all excited during introductions. I know it is dark but if you look and listen closely you can see her yelling at the beginning. It amazes me that all the lights and loud music don't bother her, she usually just starts dancing.

More Easter

Grammy came over this afternoon to visit. And of course, brought presents.

Egg "Hunt"

We had a little egg hunt with Maddie this morning. It was a little windy but we go it in before John had to go to work. Somehow we have a hockey game on Easter. We are just thankful that Daddy was in town. He was on the road last Easter.

Happy Easter!!!

Checking out her basket from the Easter Bunny. Which by the way, there is no picture with the Easter Bunny this year. We went to the mall on Friday. Maddie was all into the Bunny...pointing and waving. We get in the line to visit him and as soon as it is our turn she wants nothing to do with him, won't even get close. Maybe we will have better luck next year.

Since we had great weather yesterday, we had snack time outside after Maddie's nap.

Earlier in the day a present came from Great Aunt Linda. Maddie is alot better at opening presents now than she was at Christmas and her birthday. The Easter basket should be fun tomorrow.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Playing in the Kitchen

Whenever I hear lots of noise coming for the kitchen, it usually means Maddie has got into the cabinets. This is her favorite cabinet to get into. At least she usually picks this cabinet with all her stuff instead of the one with pots and pans. She was too cute playing tonight so I had to take some pictures.

Gonna Be a Big Sister

Maddie is gonna be a big sister. We are so excited. Another Baby Bernal will be arriving in August. Stay tuned to see if Baby Bernal is a boy or girl...

Sea World is Open

We took Maddie to Sea World today...she was so excited over the sea lions. We saw the sea lion show, played in the kids area, and checked out the horses. We can't wait for the water park part to open and see how excited she is with all the splashing she can do. watching people feed the sea lions

We haven't seen Kenzie since the summer. Kim and Kenzie drove up to Shelby and Jimmy's birthday parties. It was great to see them.

First Snow

It snowed Friday morning while we were in Michigan. This was Maddie's first experience with snow. She wasn't all that thrilled with it. I don't blame her. I few things I don't miss about Michigan...getting bundled up to go outside, scraping your car, having to drive slow due to snow/ice. I'm sure I could list more about winter. I don't mind any of the other seasons...I do miss fall and the leaves changing colors.

Grammy, Maddie and I made a quick trip to Michigan over the weekend. We had another cousin picture taken. As soon as I figure out why my pictures from the camera won't upload like normal, I will post pictures from the trip. Maddie got to see and play in her first snow.
