Rascal Flatts

John and I went to the Rascal Flatts concert last night. It was a great time. We had great seats and got lots of great pictures. The band is definitely into entertaining the fans and we enjoyed getting out for a night.

Also here is a quick picture of our new floor. John and I laid laminate floor over the past 2 weekends in our living room/dining room. Our carpet was getting dirty and with all of Maddie's drooling it is so much easier to clean up. I'll try to get some more pics of the whole room.

Fun in the Sun

Finally a day without rain!! So we played outside in the water this afternoon. Maddie can sit up unassisted really well now. Still no crawling...but she keeps busy trying.

The Godbey Family Visits

Kathy, Brandon, and the kids came to San Antonio. Kathy had a conference at the Riverwalk. It was fun to hang out with old friends. John and I joined them at Sea World Friday night to see the "Shamu rocks Texas" show. We also had dinner one night and cooked out another. We love to have visitors!!

Computer Fascination

Maddie is fascinated by the laptop computer and would bang on it all day if I would only let her. Notice all of her toys in the background and she wants to play with mine.

Trying to Crawl

Now that Blogger has this new video upload, I thought we needed to try it. I tried to get Maddie to do her inchworm crawl. She had to stop in the middle and pose. At least everyone can see her moving around instead of always in pictures.

Rain Rain Go Away

It has been raining here daily for what seems like forever. We don't just have showers, it rains hard and floods.

A trash can floating down the street. Apparently everyone ran out last night to claim their trash can during the storm. I was at work but heard it was quite a sight to see.

Happy Half Birthday!!!

Maddie is 6 months old today. It's hard to believe she is halfway to a year old. As you can tell, she was not very cooperative during our pictures this morning. There is always something else to look at and try to grab.

Milestones

Madison is trying to do new things all the time...it seems like daily sometimes. Here are a couple of pictures from today. As I type Maddie is also trying to help me type. :)
