A Little Milestone

Maddie is starting to interact alot more. We put the toy bar on the bouncer last week to encourge her to play and entertain herself. Today in the car Grandma Samp looked and Maddie had grabbed and held onto the toy on her carseat by herself. The picture is of her doing it again in Target ...Mommy had to get out the camera and take a picture :) She is also staying awake alot more. The naps have definitely been shorter and less frequent lately.

Our Love Bug is Growing

Here is Maddie in the same outfit she came home from the hospital in. The sleeves and legs are getting shorter. We had to roll up her sleeves to come home. Her hat was way too big...fits pretty good now. She has changed alot in the past 5 1/2 weeks.

Mommy found jeans!!!

We went shopping at the outlet mall yesterday and I found some newborn jeans finally. Maddie was a very good shopper...taking after her mother.

Madison's 1st Professional Pictures

On Tuesday we went and had pictures taken while John was still in town. This is one of the pictures that were taken. Madison did very well for being 4 weeks old.

Daddy forgot some luggage

John left this morning for the "rodeo road trip." The hockey team has to go on the road to play for most of the month of February since the San Antonio rodeo is held in the building they play in. So for now it is just us girls hanging out. We already miss Daddy and can't wait for the weeks to pass and have him back home.
