Maddie's First Overalls

Madison wore her first pair of overalls today...Mommy can't find any jeans small enough to fit her. All the 0-3 month pairs that we have are too big. Oh-well, she will grow soon enough.

BEEN A WHILE

WE HAVE NOT UPDATED IN A LITTLE WHILE SO WE FIGURED WE WOULD PUT A COUPLE NEW PICS UP HERE TODAY. THE FIRST ONE WAS TAKEN YESTERDAY OF MADISON RESTING AND THE SECOND ONE IS MADISON'S NEW BOOTIES WHICH CAME WITH LOTS OF OTHER DETROIT TIGER GOODIES FROM UNCLE RON.

I'm 2 weeks old

Madison is 14 days old today. I can't believe 2 weeks has already passed. We are just hanging out inside today since we are getting a "winter storm" in San Antonio. It is 28 degrees outside and we have freezing rain. Most of the highways and streets are closed due to ice.

My first bath

Today was Madison's first bath. Both Grandmas helped with this occasion. Madison didn't mind getting her hair washed but the rest was a little different story. We did ok.

We're home!!!

We came home from the hospital on Wednesday night...Maddie slept almost all of the way. Then was up most of the night. But we are doing better today.

Day#2

Well day 2 is off to an early start...I guess we should get used to this. Madison did great through the night and is already feeding fairly regularly, and eating well. The entire hospital staff has been great in helping us figure out this new bundle of joy. Here are a couple more pics from early this morning.

MADISON PAIGE HAS ARRIVED

WELL AFTER MUCH ANTICIPATION, TODAY WAS THE DAY THAT THE BABY ARRIVED...A BEAUTIFUL(OUR OPINION MAY BE A BIT BIASED) LITTLE GIRL.

MADISON PAIGE BERNAL...SHE TIPPED THE SCALES AT 7 POUNDS 13 OUNCES...AND SHE IS 19.5 INCHES LONG. SHE MADE HER GRAND ENTRANCE AT 3p.m. THIS AFTERNOON. BOTH MOM AND BABY ARE DOING VERY WELL AND HOPEFULLY WE WILL ALL BE HOME IN THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
