{school's} out!

The last day of school is always celebrated with a water balloon fight.  Just a little tradition we have started and look forward to.

We survived another year!  They both did great on their report cards…super proud parents.

We're moving on to 2nd and 3rd grades!

The kids and I went to visit Mim and then went to the zoo.  The kids were excited to feed the giraffes.

The hockey stars finally aligned and they were able to go to their first daddy daughter dance together!  It only took three years!  I really don't know who was more excited…Maddie or Daddy!

{first} communion

Madison made her First Communion wearing the same dress my mom and I wore for our First Communion.  Madison and I went to the church over spring break to get a couple of pics before the big day...
